SEO Service Terms

SEO Payment

* All SEO Setup Fees (one time fees) due with order.

* Maintenance Fees due after first results are live and visible.

Maintenance Plan Fees

Each Top-3 and/or Top-10 SEO service comes together with a 3-month Maintenance Plan. This maintenance plan is not included in the Setup Fee and has to be pre-paid for the first 90 days. The first payment for the 3-months Maintenance Plan is due as soon as first top-3 or top-10 ranking results are live and visible* (the maintenance fee will be adjusted accordingly). Non-payment of the 3-months Maintenance Plan for more than 6 days will result in the termination of our services. No refund can be given thereafter.

After the 90-days a new maintenance plan fee has to be ordered. Each new Maintenance Plan is due latest on the first (1 st ) of each month. Non-payment of any Maintenance Plan (combined with a SEO service or ordered anew) will result in the cancellation of the client's Maintenance Account and will ultimately result in the termination of daily monitoring, optimization, re-positioning of client's listings, priority client support and access to the Online Reporting System SEODIY.com. After 3 days of Non-payment an $85 re-instatement fee and after 6 days of Non-payment a full Setup Fee will be charged.

*Please make sure you understand this part of the payment agreement: The Maintenance Plan Fee has to be paid AS SOON FIRST RANKING RESULTS ARE LIVE AND VISIBLE and not AFTER ALL RESULTS ARE LIVE AND VISIBLE!
